Mountain View Shrimp are fresh from our pond to your table. Technically they are freshwater prawns, but folks around here call 'em shrimp. Freshwater prawns have an exceptional lobster-like taste; in addition, they are low in fat, iodine, calories, and sodium. An annual September harvest and festival takes place on the farm. Buy some shrimp and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views of the nearby Cherokee National Forest. Call ahead for pre-orders or for details and harvest dates.
